Doors & Hardware

A door, designed for its opening.

The leaf, frame, wall finish and hardware form one assembly. We coordinate them with the actual opening and finished floor level.

A reference for every opening

Each door is identified by its room, opening dimensions, wall thickness and opening direction. We review the finished floor level before dimensions are released for manufacture.

Leaf, frame and surrounding finish

We compare the proposed core, visible edges and frame profile with the veneer or paint sample. Grain direction and junctions to wall cladding are shown in the relevant details.

Hardware matched to movement

Hinges, locks and handles are reviewed with the selected door construction and opening system. Positions and clearances are coordinated before machining the leaf and frame.

Every manufactured door keeps its reference.

Factory checks follow the opening schedule: leaf and frame dimensions, edge work, finish and hardware preparation. Progress photographs and package labels use the corresponding door reference.

Fit the frame. Adjust the movement.

The site opening is checked for readiness before fitting. Installers align the frame and leaf, fit the hardware and review gaps, closing and visible finish. Packages are matched to the correct opening.
