A bathroom floor, wall and kitchen worktop have different requirements. We review the proposed material, finish and available product information against its intended application.
We discuss variation between pieces and review slab selection where applicable. Grain direction and book-matching are defined for the areas where those details are selected.
The layout sets where full pieces, cuts and joints fall. Worktop drawings also coordinate edges, sink and appliance openings, and connections to the cabinetry.
Quantities follow the approved layout and allowance agreed for cutting. We check specified batches or slabs, dimensions and edge work; updates identify the actual surfaces and any variation to review.
We coordinate substrate readiness, floor levels and laying direction with the installation team. Pieces are protected for transport, then checked for layout, joints and visible finish during the agreed installation work.
13 steps, from your brief and measurements to approval, packing, shipping and installation.
Standard tiles follow an approved product and batch selection. Bespoke stone and worktops follow cutting drawings, templates and fabrication checks.
We discuss the look you want, traffic, wet areas, maintenance preferences and budget. The proposed surface is considered for its actual location, not only its photograph.
A surface selection brief for each area.
We verify areas, levels, openings and transitions. Worktops and custom stone receive the appropriate final templates or measurements before cutting is released.
Verified quantities and fabrication dimensions.
You compare physical samples, larger references and available slab images. We study shade, sheen, grain and grout colour with the adjoining materials.
Approved material, finish and visual references.
We prepare laying or cutting layouts, edge details and relevant junctions. Joint alignment, room thresholds and book-match direction are defined where needed.
A laying plan or fabrication drawing set.
We review the pattern direction, cut distribution and material variation with you. Quantities and the agreed allowance are confirmed alongside the drawings.
Approval of layout, material references and quantities.
Selected tile models and batches are ordered, or approved stone cutting begins. Thickness, edge profiles and finish references accompany the order.
A confirmed product order or cutting release.
The China team follows product availability, cutting and finishing as applicable. The Qatar team coordinates floor levels, junctions and installation sequencing.
Aligned supplier and site information.
You receive selected batch or slab photographs, fabrication views and visible detail updates at agreed milestones. Any material variation needing a decision is highlighted.
Images connected to the selected batch or piece.
We review dimensions, thickness, edges, shade consistency and visible defects. Custom stone pieces are compared with the approved cutting references.
A recorded material and fabrication check.
We show the final available material photographs and resolve agreed appearance points with you. Inspection responsibility stays with the assigned technical team.
Your release approval against the selected references.
Tiles are secured in suitable boxes or pallets; slabs and fabricated stone receive the support and edge protection their format requires. Pieces are identified for the laying plan.
Packing records and identified material quantities.
Shipment and unloading are coordinated with weight, access and safe site storage. We align delivery with the agreed installation sequence.
Delivery and handling arrangements for the selected surfaces.
Within the agreed installation scope, the team checks substrate readiness, follows the approved layout and reviews edges and joints. The completed surfaces are protected and handed over with care guidance.
