The board behind the door
We specify the cabinet boards, backs, edges and finish, and request the relevant supplier reports. A sample helps explain the construction beyond the colour of the door.
Hardware we put through its movement
We review hinges, runners and storage systems through practical trials. Where further testing is needed, samples go for specialist assessment before the component is approved.
Appliance openings are part of the drawing.
We coordinate appliance model dimensions, worktop openings, drawer clearances and service access. Factory updates focus on cabinet assembly, edge finishing and the selected hardware, with revisions tied to the approved drawings.

Installation follows the readiness of the walls, floors and service points. The team levels the units, aligns doors and adjusts fittings. Appliance and worktop interfaces are coordinated within the agreed scope.

01Understand your needs
We discuss cooking habits, family storage, appliance needs and how you organise clothing. Frequently used items, reach and movement shape the first layout.

02Measure your space
We measure walls, openings, ceiling levels and services, and check the floor finish level. Appliance dimensions and access for assembled units are verified.

03Choose materials & details
You compare door finishes, cabinet interiors, worktop samples and working hardware. We review colour relationships as well as how a hinge, drawer or organiser feels in use.

04Prepare technical drawings
We draw plans, elevations, internal divisions and relevant junctions. Appliance openings, worktop cut-outs, fillers and installation clearances are coordinated.

05Review together, then approve
We walk you through every cabinet: what it holds, how it opens and the final visible finish. Changes are incorporated before the manufacturing revision is signed off.

06Release for manufacture or order
The factory works from the agreed cabinet list and drawing revision. Board specification, edge treatment, door finish and hardware are released together.

07Follow the work in China & Qatar
The China team follows carcasses, doors, finishes and hardware fit. The Qatar team coordinates any site or appliance information affecting the approved design.

Your updates show cabinet construction, edge details, finish samples and trial assembly at agreed stages. Open points are explained with photographs.

09Inspect the finished work
We review sizes, finish consistency, door alignment, edge quality and the specified hardware. Doors and drawers are checked for movement and completeness before packing.

11Protect, pack & identify
Panels and doors receive surface and corner protection. Units, hardware and fitting parts are identified so the site team can assemble the correct cabinet in the correct room.

12Ship & coordinate arrival
We coordinate cabinetry and specialist items against the shipment and site programme. Delivery is planned with storage conditions and installation access in mind.

Installers set levels, fix and align units, adjust hardware and review doors and drawers. Worktops and service connections are coordinated within the agreed scope.
