Does ZELSI keep ready stock?
ZELSI works through confirmed orders. Products, materials and finishes are selected for each project before sourcing or manufacturing begins. We do not rely on general ready stock.
Can I purchase products directly from the website?
The website presents our collections, services and projects and helps you arrange a visit. It is not an online store; there are no public prices, stock listings or online checkout.
Does ZELSI provide interior-design services?
ZELSI does not provide interior-design consultancy. We work from your approved plans, references and design direction, helping select and coordinate products, materials, colours and finishes within the agreed scope.
Does ZELSI take the final measurements?
Yes. For items within our scope, our team visits the site to verify final dimensions, openings, levels and relevant site conditions before manufacturing or confirming the order.
Should I bring project plans to my visit?
Bring the plans, site photographs, reference images or list of required items you have. They help us understand your project, but do not replace our final site measurements.
Can I review samples before ordering?
Yes. We review the relevant samples, materials and finishes before final confirmation. The samples available depend on the collection and the project requirements.
Can ZELSI handle multiple categories in one project?
Yes. We can coordinate multiple categories within one project. The included items and responsibilities are defined in the approved quotation and contract.
How does ZELSI follow production in China?
Our China office and permanent QC team follow manufacturing, materials, finishes, dimensions, quantities and workmanship. Chinese product and sourcing specialists in our Qatar team support direct factory communication.
Will I see the completed products before shipment?
Yes. You receive documented updates at the agreed production stages. Before shipment, we share the completed items, finishes, quantities, QC status and packing arrangements.
Who manages product packing?
Our China team manages and supervises packing, reviews product-protection measures and approves the packing condition before loading and shipment.
Does the service include delivery and installation?
Delivery and installation can be included for the agreed items. The exact scope and site responsibilities are stated in the approved quotation and contract.
How are the price and timeline determined?
We review categories, quantities, dimensions, materials, finishes and installation scope, then issue a clear quotation before the order is confirmed.
What should I expect after the first visit?
We clarify the relevant collections, sample direction, information still needed and the practical next step. A formal quotation follows once the scope, measurements and specifications are sufficiently defined.

Yes. We can work from approved drawings, specifications and design direction, coordinating the products, materials and execution items included in our agreed scope.
