Colour and sheen in the actual light

We compare physical samples with the floor, doors and selected light. A room sample helps you judge the appearance before the finish is applied across a larger area.

The junction is part of the design

Panel divisions, veneer direction, corners and shadow gaps are drawn together with doors, switches and adjacent finishes, so these decisions are made before fabrication.

The surface behind the finish

We review the condition and preparation of the substrate with the site team. The selected product and fixing or application method guide preparation and the order of work.

Factory panels and site finishes follow different routes.

Factory-made panels follow approved dimensions, joint details and finish samples. Paint, wallpaper and decorative coatings follow site preparation and sample approval. Updates focus on the applicable route for each area.

Review the joins in the room’s final light.

We coordinate installation with adjacent trades and protect completed surfaces. The final review covers alignment, pattern direction, junctions and the appearance against the approved sample in the agreed lighting conditions.

The complete interior finishes process

13 steps, from your brief and measurements to approval, packing, shipping and installation.

Factory-made cladding and panels follow approved fabrication details. Paint, wallpaper and decorative coatings follow product selection, substrate preparation and site sample approval.

01Understand your needs

We discuss the atmosphere you want, the areas to treat and the materials you intend to retain. Durability, maintenance and the project budget guide the finish proposal.

What you receive or approve

An area-by-area finish brief.

02Measure your space

We measure surfaces, openings and junctions, and review substrate condition. Levels, service points and adjacent finishes are recorded before detailing.

What you receive or approve

Measured areas and preparation requirements.

03Choose materials & details

You compare physical veneer, paint, texture or wallpaper samples together. We assess sheen and colour under representative lighting and agree the intended texture.

What you receive or approve

Your approved finish sample references.

04Prepare technical drawings

We prepare the relevant elevations, panel layouts and junction details. Grain direction, visible seams, reveals and transitions are coordinated with nearby elements.

What you receive or approve

A finish schedule and coordinated execution details.

05Review together, then approve

We review samples and drawings with you, explaining visible joints and edge conditions. Agreed changes are recorded before fabrication or site application begins.

What you receive or approve

Approval of samples, areas and visible details.

06Release for manufacture or order

Factory pieces are released to approved dimensions; site-applied products are ordered to the selected references. Preparation and sample-panel steps are included in the work sequence.

What you receive or approve

A fabrication or application plan matched to the finish type.

07Follow the work in China & Qatar

The China team follows sourced panels and factory finishes where included. The Qatar team coordinates surface preparation, local application and the junctions between trades.

What you receive or approve

A coordinated factory and site work record.

08Receive progress photographs

Updates show sample panels, factory finishes or site application stages as applicable. Close views make texture, colour consistency and junction details easier to review.

What you receive or approve

Stage photographs of the relevant finish work.

09Inspect the finished work

Factory items are checked before dispatch; site-applied finishes are checked after completion. We review colour, texture, visible joints and agreed workmanship details against the sample.

What you receive or approve

Inspection at the correct stage for each finish.

10Approve before packing

You review factory-made work before packing and the approved site sample before wider application. Completed site finishes are reviewed again at handover.

What you receive or approve

Recorded approval at the relevant release points.

11Protect, pack & identify

Factory panels and trims receive edge and surface protection. Coatings and rolls are handled in suitable packaging with product references preserved for site use.

What you receive or approve

Identified materials and suitable protection.

12Ship & coordinate arrival

We coordinate imported or local deliveries with dry, suitable storage and the work sequence. Materials are planned to reach the site when the receiving surfaces are ready.

What you receive or approve

Delivery sequencing linked to finish application.

13Install, adjust & hand over

The team prepares and installs or applies the selected finish within the agreed scope. We review junctions, visible consistency and protection, then close the agreed handover points.

What you receive or approve

A coordinated finished surface with care guidance.
